Description
The E-slim nail is designed as a multi-purpose nail for farriers who prefer to nail extra high in the hoof wall. The E-slim nail has an extra long and thin shank and this feature enables to drive the nails accurately and smooth higher in the hoof wall. The rationale behind nailing extra high is to minimize hoof wall damage in case the horse steps out of its shoe. This nail suits a majority of horses, but especially those horses that have the tendency to loose shoes, horses at pasture, or horses working in varying terrains.
